Ginger and turmeric tea recipe
The following is the perfect recipe for tea that combines both ginger and turmeric, which will ultimately reduce inflammation.
You need to prepare the following:
- 1 tsp. of freshly grated turmeric root (⅓ if you want to use the dried one)
- 1 tsp. of freshly grated ginger root (⅓ if you want to use the dried one)
- 1 tsp. of coconut oil
- 8 oz of boiling water
- honey to taste (optional)
- fresh lemon wedge (optional)
