Timing is everything

When to run is an important aspect too. Some people have the worst symptoms in the morning and others have them worse at night. It's best to run at a time that you're going to feel your best. If you have bad stomach pains in the morning, try to go for an evening jog as your symptoms cool down. If you tend to get worse throughout the day, try to get up early and jog before you start feeling worse.
