10. Kent State
Kent State was the first to have an entirely certified gluten-free dining hall called the Prentice Cafe in the year 2016. Prentice Café has the Veggie A Go-Go program, but it also offers a Gluten Free program that accommodates those students and staff with gluten restrictions. An entirely gluten-free menu is available in the dining hall alongside vegan meals. Prentice café was able to earn a certification from the Gluten-Free Food Services Certification Program. It is a food safety program offered through the Gluten Intolerance Group. The café also allows gluten-free foods on the go.
