6. Auburn University
The nutrition team of Auburn University consists of the student government, campus dietician, faculty, staff, and Executive chef. The team works with Tiger Dining to accommodate those with specialized dietary restrictions. With their combined efforts, gluten-free sauces and condiments are available throughout campus.
The restaurant Plains to Plate, a locally-sourced Gluten-Free certified restaurant, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the student body and staff. Also, Wellness Kitchen is in partnership with the university in order to provide high-quality meals for students. The campus store Village Market offers organic and fresh produce and gluten-free food choices.
