8. Loyola Marymount University
The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) has accredited Loyola Marymount University as a GREAT school for gluten-free students. Sodexo (a French food management service) manages eateries, on-campus dining, and restaurants. They now offer various options of gluten-free dishes for every meal. Loyola Marymount currently shows off an exclusive gluten-free dining platform located in their main dining hall. They also have at least one gluten-free option in each of their 20 eateries.
