Does Fibromyalgia Still Have a Credibility Problem?

Cognitive behavior therapy

As already mentioned, there is a psychological dimension of fibromyalgia, thus the person living with it must make efforts to changing their attitude towards pain and disease. Most people living with fibromyalgia may require help from a specialist in order to change their attitude.

There is nothing wrong in accepting the psychological dimension and treating it. It is all about taking the situation in hand, rather than sitting and waiting for researchers to discover the magical pill that still seems out of reach.
