Socializing and Being Encouraging
Socializing is known to work best in mood disorders. Talk to your a friend or family member. It is not a bad idea to call a helpline and talk about your problem, especially if you are finding it difficult to talk with those you know well.
Once you feel that you are doing well, try to reward yourself with a massage, buy a book, go to your favorite place, or buy anything that you have wanted since long. The idea is to reinforce the positive thought pattern.
