When Does Arthralgia Progress to Rheumatoid Arthritis?
How was data collected for the study?
In this study at a Dutch rheumatology clinic, 241 patients participated in a ‘clinically suspect arthralgia’ (CSA) cohort analysis. The study began in April 2012 and concluded in March 2015.
Baseline ACPA, RF, and anti-CarP autoantibody testing were done, to ascertain each individual’s risk for the future development of RA.
Each in the study group was evaluated at three follow-up visits: at 4, 12, and 24-months.
