Second Method of Testing

The second method requires two nights spent in the sleep center and is a combination of the first method of the PSG on the first night. If sleep apnea is indicated, on the second night the subject would return to the center and use a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) device which delivers air into the airways via a mask fitted over the nose and mouth, to determine the right air pressure for their own device should one be needed.
