Sleep Matters

Sleep is another free resource we have at our disposal that we under utilize. It is so important to get enough quality sleep. The best way to improve the odds of a good night’s sleep is to start a bedtime routine. Brush your teeth, wash your face, read a few pages in a book, and go to bed. Or maybe you have a cup of herbal tea before bed. Some people do gentle yoga designed to help aid sleep. Studies suggest that people should not look at screens within an hour of going to sleep, so if you can, try to make your routine as screen-less as possible.
