Breaking Through Fibromyalgia Fog for Better Communication

Conclusion

Finally, just try to understand your limitations, love yourself, be yourself. Do not panic and don’t pay attention to the disinformation, remember that though you feel fatigued and have difficulty in remembering few things, this is not a neurodegenerative disorder like Alzheimer's, so by no way your memory will go down to that level. People with fibromyalgia can successfully handle their mental and physical problems. All that is needed is proper planning and strong will. It is also important to keep discussing your problems with a doctor and family members.
