Kimber Spinks, the mother of an 18 year old girl named Kendall who died in a car accident, made the decision to donate her daughter’s organs to save an individual’s life in need. Selwa Mitchell, who suffers from cystic fibrosis, hugged and thanked Kimber as she was the recipient of her daughter’s lungs.
