Take some "me-time"
Similar to the first tip, your mental health is important. If you do not take time occasionally to engage in tasks for your own mental health, you may be consumed by the role of caregiver.
Instead, take some time to engage in relaxing hobbies. Whether it’s reading or yoga, the extra “me-time” will help you stay yourself, relax, and make you better able to handle the stress of caregiving.
