Beer is a not-so safe food choice
Unfortunately, finding a gluten-free beer is not as easy as finding gluten-free bread by acknowledging the fact that one of the components of beer, specifically malt, has a high gluten content. Times for gluten-free beer lovers are even more difficult in a cruise wherein the brew selection is pretty limited. There are only two cruise lines wherein they found gluten-free beers, namely the Carnival and Royal Caribbean, and that’s without advance notice coming from them. If the client notifies the cruise line with no less than 30 days before the actual sailing, they can probably order gluten-free beer for the client.
