There are still a lot of people that are greatly misinformed about lupus. This autoimmune disease has greatly affected the lives of so many people globally, yet still so many only know little about it. Many patients report accounts of being misjudged due to their situation. Social media can easily bend the reality of living with lupus and consequently, people make false impressions about the condition. Again, this should never be the case as it only adds insult and more harm to people who already going through a lot in the first place due to the symptoms it comes with.
