Previous study about RA and epilepsy
Another similar study was done previously in Denmark. This one specifically looked at an associated between maternal RA and epilepsy in children. As in the above study, researchers did find an association between maternal RA and an increased risk of epilepsy in children, however they also did not include any information about the severity of the RA or what medications the mothers were taking.
