Random Acts of Light is another campaign that seeks to bring light in the darkness directly to people who are battling blood cancers. This is a similar concept to the Make a Wish Foundation. Random Acts of Light works by bringing local heroes and celebrities to meet the people who are in need of some cheer. Previous people who have benefitted from Random Acts of light have had the opportunity to engage in activities such as playing basketball or cooking with an influential person whom they look up to. Opportunities like this can have a positive impact on people who are overwhelmed with cancer.
