Exercise does not have to a be a strenuous or difficult task. Enjoyable activities like going for a walk, going for a swim, riding a bike, or going on a hike are all great examples of maintaining physical and mental health. Even playing sports casually or recreationally can improve the digestive system and start to combat constipation. Once you get in a more active state, you can then pursue more rigorous or intense workouts, but it is always best to know your body and not push yourself too hard.
