12. Sleep problems
If you are struggling to sleep, it means that you cannot sufficiently relax. Often, you may feel that when you are trying to drift into sleep, your thoughts are racing and you may even feel afraid. Fantasies may present themselves of life without the relationship you're in, but you may be too scared to leave or unaware if you can form the same bond with someone else out there; however, leaving may be the right choice in the end.
Make sure that you have a strong support system, and in the end, everything will be fine. Your health is the most precious and important thing. If your relationship is impacting that, it is time to leave.
