Living with CF often means enduring an immense amount of treatment, a lot of which can be unpleasant and draining. For this reason, you should find ways to make exercising on a regular basis more enjoyable. If it is engaging and able to meet your needs, it will be easy to integrate within your everyday routine. As a result, giving your body the chance to feel good physically will give you the chance to feel good mentally!
