Why Exercise Is Crucial for Those with Cystic Fibrosis

Setting goals is helpful for all parts of the process

Set goals for yourself – the more realistic your goals are, the more likely you will be able to achieve them. As your physical activity or rather your physical ‘ability’ improves, you will experience more health-related benefits by being able to exercise for a longer period of time or at a greater intensity. Keep in mind that even though any type of exercise is better than no exercise, it is possible to overexert yourself.
