You can incorporate exercise into many parts of your day
You should feel comfortable in whatever type of physical activity or activities you choose to participate in. For instance, consider engaging in aerobic exercise that lasts for more than 10 minutes, with a few short breaks in between each session. Other simple ways in which you can add exercise to your daily routine include talking the stairs instead of riding the elevator, dancing to your favorite music, walking around a shopping center, and parking farther away from a store entrance. Start your exercise routine slowly and work your way up. Make it a point to exercise three to four times per week so that you can stay active, but do not push yourself too hard to the point of being out of breath or being unable to talk. Most important – remember to stay hydrated! Drink more fluids before, during, and after exercising so that you can maintain or replace lost electrolytes.
