Don’t forget to take breaks!
Rest periods are equally important too. Listen to your body and avoid pushing yourself too much. Everyone has their own limit, so don’t feel bad if the friend next to you is going two days in a row when you’re not feeling up for it. It’s totally okay to take a rest day between exercises. If your joints are especially complaining, take an extra day or two off to make sure you’re allowing your body to heal.
