Water exercises are often perfect for MS patients. The water reduces the impact making the exercises less taxing on the body, and the water ensures that the patient's body temperature stays regulated and doesn't overheat. Many of these exercises have some of the same benefits as land exercises, and can increase, strength, flexibility, and balance.
