Bumetanide, also known and sold under the trade name of Bumex, is a product which belongs to a group of drugs known as diuretics.

This medication is used in order to reduce extra fluid in the body (edema) caused by conditions such as congestive heart failure, liver or kidney disease.

It is considered to work by increasing the amount of urine that the body produces. It also has a beneficial effect for decreasing the swelling of the arms, legs, and stomach problems.

This medication is available in the form of a solution.

5 Potential Side Effects
