L-methylfolate is a supplement used with other drugs to treat depression and schizophrenia. This product is available as L-Methylfolate 15mg or L-Methylfolate 7.5mg tablets.

- Quinolone antibiotics such as:
- Ciprofloxacin
- or Levofloxacin
- Thyroid medications such as:
- Levothyroxine
- Tetracycline antibiotics such as:
- Doxycycline
- or Minocycline
Side Effects:
There are no side effects known aside from a possible allergic reaction in people who have previous or unknown hypersensitivity to the drug.
Watch out for signs of allergic reactions such as:
- Rash
- Itching
- Swelling
Warnings:
Before taking this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have the following:
- Allergy to L-Methylfolate
- Iron overload disorder such as:
- Hemochromatosis
- or Hemosiderosis
- Alcohol abuse
- Liver problems
- Gastrointestinal problems
- Vitamin B12 deficiency or pernicious anemia
