JanumetĀ is a drug which is used to treat type 2 diabetes. This drug is available as 50mg-1000mg or 50mg-500mg tablets.
Instructions:
Before taking this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have the following:
- Allergy to sitagliptin or metformin
- Severe breathing problems such as obstructive lung disease or severe asthma
- Metabolic acidosis such as diabetic ketoacidosis
- Blood problems such as anemia or vitamin B12 deficiency
- Kidney disease
- Liver disease
- Disease of the pancreas (pancreatitis)
- Pregnancy or lactation
If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. Continue to use it as prescribed by your doctor or as stated on the package label.

Side Effects:
