Kao-Tin Softgels

Kao-Tin Softgels is a drug used to prevent constipation and straining or discomfort associated with hard or dry stools. This drug is available as a softgel.

• Drugs containing phenolphthalein

Side Effects:

There are no side effects known aside from a possible allergic reaction in people who have previous or unknown hypersensitivity to the drug.

• Rash
• Itching
• Swelling

Warnings:

Before taking this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have the following:

• Allergy to Docusate Calcium
• Severe abdominal pain
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Sudden change in bowel habits over the previous 2 weeks
• Pregnancy or lactation
