1 What is Mintezol?

Generic: Thiabendazole

Mintezol is a drug used in the treatment of strongyloidiasis (threadworm), cutaneous larva migrans (creeping eruption) and visceral larva migrans. This drug is available as a tablet containing thiabendazole 500 milligrams and as a suspension containing thiabendazole 500 milligrams in 5 milliliters.

Mintezol may interact with medications such as:

There are no side effects known aside from a possible allergic reaction in people who have previous or unknown hypersensitivity to the drug.
