Nursing Schools Start to Tackle the Opioid Epidemic in Their Classrooms

Making a move to educate more nurses on opioids spreads more awareness.

A nurse must do everything in their power to intervene in the opioid crisis, in some way. Patients put their trust in their healthcare providers to improve their well-being. Nursing students should not just learn how to manage it, they must also learn how to avoid a negative attitude. By implementing more courses around opioid use, we are taking steps to spreading more awareness and education.
