Remember to breathe and just say no
- Breathe: When you are feeling stressed, it's true, you really forget how to breathe. Sometimes you need to stop and take a breath, taking the time to step away and handle a situation. Don't let it get out of control.
- Say “no” to more commitments: If you are overwhelmed, you shouldn’t agree to participate in any additional obligations. Get what you are dealing with finished right now and don’t overextend yourself.
