Anal fissures are tears in the anal canal producing sharp pain. This can be treated e.g. by nitroglycerine and surgery. Eating acidic foods does not cause acidic stool. The stool pH is 7 because whatever you eat and all of the acid produced by the stomach gets buffered by the enzymes during the digestive process. If you have pain in the anal canal, then any liquid will worsen the pain and it might feel like acid but it is not acidic fluid. Treat the fissure properly, then the burning with stool will go away.
Should see a GI doctor and make sure that you do not have Crohn's disease.
Anal fissures are common and can be caused by constipation. However what you are describing could be a fistula as fissures do not leak fluid content. Fistula is a more serious medical condition and can be seen with Crohn's disease specially with the abdominal pain you are describing. I recommend you se a gastroenterologist for assessment for a potential colonoscopy.
These conditions are best evaluated and treatment is best discussed with your GI specialist.
