Well sperm lives in semen, not urine. If a man ejaculates the sperm in the semen can be viable to cause pregnancy for up to an hour, depending on conditions. Urine is pretty toxic to sperm so that combo is not going to sustain sperm life. Of note sperm can last indefinitely if cryopreserved (sperm banking)
