Advice on Injured Fingers

Sustained trauma to my pinky and ring finger of right hand.

Had a pull - rope wrapped around my fingers to start a Portable Generator the day before Hurricane Ian Hit

S. W. Florida. Rope became entangled in the flywheel after starting it and it jerked my hand violently down towards the motor while still wrapped around my fingers. Immediate intense pain and rapid swelling of the 2 fingers. It's 22 days later and the pain hasn't subsided. Still swelling and misalignment of the fingers, accompanied with significant reduced range of motion.
Taping them together helps somewhat. Do not have Insurance at this time.
It's not healing as I hoped and the pain is becoming unbearable.
Thank you for any advice you may offer. I'm feeling hopeless

Based on symptoms and type of injury, it could be tendon injury or chip fracture. You need to go see urgent care or the emergency room.
