Alcoholism advice?

I have been a heavy drinker for the last 15 years or so. My mother passed away in April and my drinking has escalated and I will go days without eating and running on very little sleep. Every morning I am shaking and dehydrated and I vomit when I try to drink water. I spend my mornings shaking and continuously vomiting yellow bile. I feel better when I finally drink and the shaking and rapid heartbeat stops.

Over the last year I've noticed a lot of occasional numbness in my hands and random twitches and spasms. I also have severe foot cramps. I also sweat very easily and sweat excessively with very little excretion. I vomit blood every few months.

I know things are getting serious, but I just don't know what I should do. I know I'm at a level that quitting cold turkey could kill me. I know I am physically dependent on alcohol. But I just don't know how to address it, or what steps I should take. Advise please and thank you.
