“Any idea what could be wrong?”
I'm a 32 year old male, I'm 5 feet 8 inches tall, weigh 135lbs, and currently not taking any medication.
Hi, my symptoms are:
• Feeling weak/tired
• Anxiety/paranoia
• Bit of brain fog
• Dry skin
• Sensitivity to cold temperatures
• Constipation
• Slow, heavy heartbeat, particularly after eating a large meal
• Woken up by a feeling of suffocation when falling asleep
• Pain in the lower part of my neck, like right by my windpipe...on both sides

The problems you are describing are mostly general and not GI specific so you need a general exam by a PCP to sort through the various disparate symptoms.
