Yes, it could indicate pathology or a problem that may lead to weakness fatigue inability to work inability to enjoy your life, and profound anemia. Sometimes fibroid tumors are not benign. See an OBGYN doctor even if you may be done with fertility interests. Good luck!
They should be monthly for 5 to 7 days. If they are too heavy & too frequent that can be a problem & cause anemia. I would see you doctor for that. It would be good to get a physician consult
It would depend on how much bleeding you are having and how frequently they come. Could be a sign of other issues like fibroids, polyps, or clotting disorders.
