Without more info I would say yes. Most people have bad posture due to electronic devices. If you go to app store and search Marianna Health & Wellness. You will see my app that has corrective posture exercises. Also beneficial to a see a chiropractor to have your spine checked. Like dentist it is better to be proactive. Hope this helps.
First you need to get the joints moving.
This is a great question. Improving your posture absolutely has it's benefits. Improved posture often leads to less discomfort, less muscle tension, increased focus and attention as well as increased lung capacity and increased oxygen to the brain.

I typically recommend more active and sustainable methods to improve posture rather than passive methods such as posture correctors. The methods I recommend are Chiropractic adjustments to improve joint position and decrease muscle tension, massage and stretching to decrease muscle tension and stabilization or postural exercises to improve muscle function.
Well, I think they do help BUT... constant conscious awareness is better. Using a foam roller on the mid back and strengthening those muscles is a better option. Stand against a wall touching the heels, butt, shoulders and head. FEEL IT! This is good posture.
Posture correctors are like a crutch for a sprained ankle.  Depending on the severity of the issue, it may be of some value. In the end you still need to strengthen the muscles around the spine and the deeper core muscles as well.Still, these posture correctors may help you be aware of your posture and assist in the short term.

Well, they can be helpful, but they can also be harmful. Best to use as recommended by your chiropractor or physical therapist and only use as recommended.
Anything across your posture is worth it. Good posture equals good
health.Fun fact that 90% of your brain is used for posture. If you have a
good posture you won’t have fatigue..
Thanks for your question.

In short, no. However, not knowing any of your health histories, it is impossible for anyone to give you their best advice. Minimally, the best corrector of posture is not from a package, but from your own posture consciousness and determination to stand and sit up straight and strengthen your body to support your frame.
Only if you plan to use it consistently.
Hello,

Yes, it is with a treatment plan from a chiropractor.
