The best natural remedies for seasonal allergies would be to stay hydrated, takes lots of Vitamin C, and avoid the causes that can trigger allergies such as dust and mold. Keeping AC filters changed frequently and a clean home can help as well.

You can try acupuncture it might help you to get rid of seasonal allergies.
Yes
I'm not sure if natural is the right word in treatment here. But for those with allergies and they do not want to take a Oral medications or nasal Inhaled medications, Then you need to do some household changes with Air filtration added to the air conditioning or heater, Some people add another air purifier in the home, Use hypoallergenic sheets, bedding, And soaps to clean them. Heavily consider whether or not having a pet in the home is necessary. Avoid going outside for long periods of time during days of poor air quality. And then some people find great benefit from flushing the sinuses with either a nettypot Or just saline nasal spray daily. But this all is dependent on how severe the allergies are and whether a person has asthma
Seasonal allergies are frequent and there sure are treatments for it.
Many companies offer homeopathic drops or granules for that situation. You can consult a specialist or visit a health food store or Paharmacy near you.

In Ear Reflexology, I would suggest to bring in the most active ingredient that causes the symptoms so that I can measure the energetic bubble of the client to be able to treat the ear point related to the body that is weak and showing it by the allergy symptoms. A few points will be treated on the ear and counceling will be given for a faster healing and control of the allergies.
Yes multiple! you can make an appointment and we can advise you on the appropriate natural therapies according to age and medical conditions.
Yes. Acupuncture with herbs could help you out for your seasonal allergies. If you can come 2 or 3 times a week it could take 4-6 weeks. If you come less frequently it will take more sessions.
Yes, acupuncture can help most seasonal allergies, but you cannot expect a miracle to happen. It takes time to see this works, especially it is a very natural way.
Acupuncture can help with allergies, as can some Chinese herbal formulas. You might also try doing a nasal rinse of 1 cup warm water to 1/4 tsp salt once or twice a day during your allergy season. That alone can help a LOT.
Sure, I've heard of quite a few different treatment options. Since I practice Chinese medicine, that's where I have the most familiarity.

I typically get very good results for folks using acupuncture and, occasionally, Chinese herbal medicine.

Naturopathic doctors (ND) can often provide good options for allergies if you're not interested in pursuing acupuncture.
It depends on your symptoms. Allergies treatments are gears towards symptoms management. The best way to manage your allergies is to find what your triggers are, such as pollen, and try to avoid exposure to them.
