“Back problems”
I’ve been having severe back pain whenever I do something a little active or if I sit in a car for too long or walk a little too far. Recently I had an X-ray and MRI done that shows levoscoliosis, degenerative disc disease, and several vertebral hemangioma. I generally would like to know where to go from here with my results and maybe some treatments as the pain can be disabling at times

You should see a Neurologist that would further evaluate to what extent are the spinal hemangiomas affecting your symptoms. Then likely a Neurosurgeon consultation to discuss treatment options.
