Bleeding after 11 years of going through menopause?

For the prior two weeks my nipples have been very sensitive and painful as well as have stayed unusually hard 24/7. They are still mildly still sensitive to touch but not painful. Yesterday my lower back started hurting extremely bad. It is the same pain I would have before I would start my period which I have not had for over 11 years but today I have been spotting blood for the past 4 hours.

See a gynecologist, you need an endometrial biopsy.
