Blood in stool?

I just started seeing small amounts of bright red blood on my stool and a little on tp. I have no other symptoms & my stool color is normal. I've listed my conditions below, so it could be one of those, especially since I have Crohn's. Should I be worried?

Yes. Do not ignore your symptoms based on the information you have provided.
When was your last colonoscopy? Yes, it could be one of your several conditions Was the BM or bleeding painful? Don’t worry.
There are serious gastrointestinal conditions in your history. I am concerned about exacerbation of Crohn's, neoplasm, or a new source of bleeding. Please call your gastroenterologist or your regular doctor for an appointment as soon as possible. For severe bleeding, please go to the nearest emergency room.
It's probably hemorrhoidal bleeding. Hopefully your Crohn's is in remission. Crohn's would usually only cause bleeding if you had significant inflammation in the distal colon, in which case you would probably also have diarrhea, weight loss, etc. You can follow up with your GI doctor, but if the Crohn's is in remission, then the bleeding is probably from something else like hemorrhoids.
