“Bloody stool”
I had a polyp removed and developed bloody stool 2 days later. Has been bleeding for 3 days. I had my hemoglobin checked yesterday and it was 15.4. But stills are still bloody. Should I go back to the er? Should I take a supplement to help the polyp heal?

How big was the polyp? And what part of the colon was the polyp removed? Commonly you should start seeing a decrease in bloody bowel movements over the next couple of days. But the questions above will give us a better idea of the timing.
