Broken nose?

When I was about 7 or 8 I was hit by a ball with a lot of force in my face and my nose tilted, it did not break. I think the septum tilted, since then my nose was a little bit tilted, but like 1.5 years ago, I fell down on a rock with a lot of force and broke my nose in 2 places. I was taken to the hospital and they told me I did not have a broken nose and the second day it seemed like I had. I went to another doctor and had a nose broken in 2 places. I always breathe through my mouth for the last 10 years, I don't have enough money to have an operation and I'm too shy to ask someone this question. What should I do with my nose? Should I carry on living like this? It does not hurt or bother me in any way but it looks bad.

Have your nasal issues and nasal blockage evaluated by a ear nose and throat physician who can properly describe the degree of nasal blockage and discuss medical and/or surgical options when you can obtain medical insurance.
If patient has any type of health insurance, it should cover this surgery because the surgery is intended to correct a functional problem (poor breathing through nose), not just to make the nose looker better.
I would recommend consulting with an ENT Specialist.

LIKE THE OLD SAYING IF IT DOES NOT HURT OR CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS LEAVE IT ALONE,WHAT MAY HAPPEN AS YOU GET OLDER THE AIR FLOW DYNAMICS MAY CHANGE AND CAUSE YOU TO HAVE PROBLEMS BREATHING THROUGH IT AND THAT MAY THE CAUSE YOU TO SEEK A SEPTO-RHINOPLASTY WHERE THE FIX THE DEVIATED SEPTUM AND STRAIGHTEN THE NOSE SINCE ITS FUNCTIONAL IT WOULD BE COVERED BY INSURANCE, IF YOU ARE ON YOUR PARENTS INSURANCE YOU CAN SEEK A ENT EVALUATION OR SEE A FACIAL PLASTIC SURGEON WHO IS TRAINED IN THIS TYPE SURGERY
