Brownish color in semen?

I noticed a brownish color in my semen. Will this pass on its own? I have no pain peeing or anywhere else.

Hopefully. If it persists, please see your doctor.
Yes. It should disappear with no treatment. Should it persist, a referral to a urologist would be appropriate. This condition is called hematospermia (blood in the semen) and is usually benign.
