Buttcrack pore?

There is two large pores in on the top of my buttcrack, one is black inside of the pore. just recently I have noticed, Under the skin starting from the black pore, there is a black line that goes up to the right from the pore. on the other side of the buttcrack with pores, in the past I have had a huge infected boil that is extremely painful but eventually will burst on its on after two or so weeks of extreme pain and discomfort. There is scar tissue now from the boils occurring, There is no pain in regards to the pores and line, but there is a strange feeling of tightness to the skin near it. But I need to know what the black pore and black line under the skin is? and what at home care should i do about it?

You likely have pilonidal cyst disease. The spots you are seeing are blocked hair follicles (black heads) and likely connect under the skin - tracts. There are many treatments for pilonidal cyst disease. Surgery is the main.
Black pores are often connected to cysts underneath the skin. If so, the contents can often be squeezed out by a local dermatologist. Sometimes the underlying cyst is best removed. I would have the site checked out.
