COVID-19 weird symptoms?

I recently received a positive test for covid-19. I’ve had all the usual symptoms. One weird symptom I've been having for the past week is blood in my mucus i keep coughing up. I have no other symptoms with that. My throat hurts and I've been coughing a lot. I also don't have adenoids so I usually have a lot of draining down my throat. Should I be concerned?

Thanks for the question. This is not a covid symptom, so I advise going to the doctor.
