I had covid with an onset of symptoms on Monday October 3 testing positive on the 4th. My boyfriend tested positive today with symptoms that started yesterday. I'm assuming mine is almost gone with no fever for 24 hours. Should we isolate in different rooms?

My recommendation is yes, until your boyfriend do not present symptoms.
