Can I reduce my heart blockage without surgery?

I was diagnosed with heart blockage. Can I reduce my heart blockage without surgery?

Heart blochage makes no sense. I suppose you mean a relative blockage of one or more of you cardiac artieries. If you call stent implantation surgery, then no, you cannot. When the blockage has been documented, it is normal for the stent implantation to proceed immediately, basically during the same procedure. It you have been to a coronary arteiography, your cardiologist should have advised you on the spot. If not, you should definately get a second opinion.
