Can I take Trazodone supplementation?

I am currently on Agomelatine 50 mg at night for depression and insomnia. Can I take low-dose trazodone to boost sedation? If yes, for how long?

I would consult with your prescribing Doctor. Trazodpne is a medication and would not think of it as a supplement.

As long as it is low dose and you are aware of the risk for priapism and go to the Er asap if any signs of priapism start and go to the Er before 4 hours after the priapism starts
Agomelatine Is a synthetic analog of melatonin. You will need a prescription for trazodone that may be able to be taken with this preparation however I would defer that to your primary care physician or whoever prescribed this medication for you. I commonly use Trazodone and melatonin in combination.
I am not familiar with Agomelatine. Low dose trazodone goes well with most antidepressants.
